Keith has supported significant increases in funding for Ohio schools to ensure that our schools continue to provide a top education for our children.

Keith also knows the importance of higher education and was pleased to support legislation that allocates historic levels of funding while freezing undergraduate tuition rates at all state colleges and universities. These investments in higher education will help provide Ohio with a highly skilled workforce and strengthen our economy by enabling more individuals to attend two and four year programs.

Jobs, Taxes and the Economy:

Promoting good jobs here in Ohio is vial to the future of our state. To promote jobs, Ohio must have a competitive tax and regulatory climate. Keith will continue to promote flatter and fairer taxes, regulatory reform and tort reforms that encourage businesses to grow and succeed here in Ohio. Keith has fought to improve the economy and for good jobs by keeping taxes and government spending low. Keith believes you know how to spend your money better than the government. His continuous effort to work to cut taxes and eliminate wasteful government spending has earned him the prized Watchdog of the Treasury Award three times.

Standing up for Families:

Keith has kept his promise to fight for our families. Keith helped lead the fight for Ohio's Defense Marriage Act and Ohio's Marriage Amendment. He has worked tirelessly to pass legislation that will safeguard our families from violent sexual predators. Keith's pro-life and pro-family values have previously earned him Ohio Right to Life's top endorsement and support from organizations like Family First and Moms for Ohio.
